FOOD TALK WITH Farah Nadhirah[1 ingredient Ice cream: Banana]
Hey everyone,
So this morning i was craving for an Ice cream, lately the weather is a bit hot that makes me want to eat some cold,creamy and delicious ice cream.
But, i'm currently on my diet :0 how? Make your own ice cream!
Not only its FREE FROM ADDITIVES, it's also LOW in CALORIES ,& LOW in SUGAR & suitable for those who have lactose intolerant and Vegan.
etc: Ice Cream 100 gm = 126 calories
Banana 100 gm = 89 calories
INGREDIENTS:
1. BANANA - (1 whole banana is enough for 1 person)
2. any other fruits or chocolate you like to add.
here's 5 simple steps for making your own ice cream :
1. GO BANANAS! - Go to the nearest supermarket and get your own banana
2. SLICES IT UP REAL NICE ! - Peel it and cut it and make sure cut it in uniformed size
3. FREEZE! U'RE UNDER ARREST! - After done cutting it, freeze it in the freezer at least 2 hours, but better do it overnight, I will store it in air-tight container.
4. MIX IT UP REAL GOOD! - Now, the process begins, after freezing the whole night or 2 hours, bring it out, put in your blender, and blend it until it reaches the consistency of an ice cream.
5. A LIL SOMETHING ON THE SIDE - If you like, you can add chocolate chips, cut up strawberries or blueberries, or chocolate syrup or anything u want! and blend it a bit with the ready ice cream.
6. IN MA BELLY~ - Now, your ice cream is ready to eat. the whole process takes about 10 minutes or less. depend on how good your food processor or blender
